LEED project – via Durini Milano

BACK

This property is an historical office building, built up in 1920, in via Durini, in the historical centre of Milan, close to the Duomo and to the Church of Santa Maria della Sanità.

The building has been totally renovated under specifications of LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Core and Shell standard, a voluntary worldwide certification program that promotes constructing environmentally sustainable, high performance and healthier buildings.

The surrounding established neighbourhood has led to the necessity of combining the pre-existing architectural language and buildings with renovation works, following sustainability

criteria.

Anselmi Attiani, associate architecture firm, has followed all the procedures for the selection of materials, aimed at obtaining the LEED Platinum qualification.
